It all began in the Atlantic, between Porto Santo and Teneriffe , when a small group of people (mainly  boys) explored the universe and pondered the possibilities of what hairstyle would fit with who. Almost immediately, a small minority emerged with a plan - this plan would later be set in stone on a bus ride back to the Gulden Leeuw from the ancient colonial town of La Laguna - the 3 boys would buzz their hair. A „buzz“ of excitement and anticipation filled the air as everyone gathered around Benni on the Main Skylight as he got ready to say goodbye to his lucious „hair“. Soon after Julian and Caspar joined him and the trio was complete. More cuts came and went with the likes of Buzz cuts, mullets and more.

This was the start of a great era of haircuts: Many great factions (of which SchnippSchnapp and High Seas Hair School were most prominent), heroes of haircutting and style, for example Xaver, Adrian, Perseus and many other great wielders of the electronic razor. We have also seen many great hairstlyles as well as colours grace our trusty vessel-french crops, Slim Shadys, pink, blue and a whole ocean of ideas that came to reality. We have seen and lived through so much already and I am sure that we will see more bold and (hopefully) beautiful cuts in the final chapter of our incredible, wondourous, and both mentally and physically life-changing journey.

• Manuel: Ich Güße meine Oma. Mir gehts gut. Es war toll mal wieder mir euch telefoniert haben zu können.
• Emilia Z.: Liebe Grüße an meine Family zuhause, ich habe euch ganz dolle lieb und es war sehr schön mit euch geredet zu haben. Gestern Nacht habe ich während meiner Watch eine Mondfinsternis beobachtet. Ganz liebe Grüße auch an Vivi und Edel, ich habe euch leider, weil es so spät war, nicht mehr erreicht. Und auch an alle anderen, die ich nicht erreicht habe liebe Grüße.
